Loretto Police Department assisted the St Joseph Police Department, and the Lawrence County Sheriffs Office in a search warrant that resulted in a bust of drugs, money, paraphernalia, and a firearm.

 

Loretto Police Department released the following information and photos:

"On November 29th the Loretto Police Department with assistance from the St. Joseph Police Department and the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department served a search warrant at 112 North Main Street Loretto. During the investigation drugs, money, paraphernalia, and a firearm were seized.
After complaints from citizens of drug activity at this residence Loretto PD conducted an investigation culminating in this search warrant. Four subjects were arrested as a result.

Lana Dial was charged with Possession of Sch II Methamphetamine for Resale and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Lindsey Lance was charged with Possession of Sch II Meth/Fentanyl for Resale and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Lance also had an active warrant for Violation of Probation.

Tyler Steadman was charged with Possession of Sch II Meth and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

Nikki Lovell was charged with Possession of Sch II Meth for Resale, Possession of Fentanyl for Resale, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty. They are scheduled to appear in the General Sessions Court of Lawrence County on January 16th, 2024 on these charges."
