CREATION OF PROBATION OFFICE MOVING FORWARD

A committee made up of County Executive David Morgan, Circuit Judges Chris Sockwell and Jessica Parrish, General Sessions Judge Mike Harris,

Circuit Court Clerk Tommy Lee Kidd, and Chief Deputy George Barturen gathered for a lunch meeting on Friday, September 26, to look over applications for Director of Lawrence County's new probation office.

Their task was to narrow down the pool of applicants in advance of job interviews, which will take place in early October.
