The City of Lawrenceburg Planning & Development Department is implementing a new process for building plan review, permitting, and inspections through our partnership with Municipal Inspection Partners.

Here's what you need to know:

Building Plan Reviews:
Beginning immediately, all commercial, industrial, residential, accessory structure, fire protection, and life safety plan reviews must be submitted through Municipal Inspection Partners at: www.submitmyplans.com

Building Permits:
After your plans have been approved by MIP, you may apply for your building permit through the City of Lawrenceburg GovWell Portal: https://app.govwell.com/lawrenceburg

Building Inspections:
Once your permit has been issued, all inspection requests should be scheduled through: www.inspectmyproject.com

Inspection Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Planning Commission Applications:
All Planning Commission applications—including site plans, plats, rezonings, variances, and other development applications—will continue to be submitted through the City's GovWell Portal: https://app.govwell.com/lawrenceburg

Please remember to follow the City's Planning Commission Submittal Calendar for all application deadlines and meeting dates.
