Three additional arrests have been made in connection with a major drug trafficking investigation that led to the seizure of more than 21 pounds of methamphetamine in Lawrenceburg last year.

According to the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office, deputies, along with agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, served two federal arrest warrants in Lawrence County at approximately 6:00 a.m. Monday, June 29, 2026.

The warrants stem from an August 2025 investigation that resulted in the seizure of more than 21 pounds of methamphetamine, a large quantity of fentanyl, and multiple firearms at a storage facility in Lawrenceburg. The investigation was conducted by the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office, TBI, Giles County Sheriff‘s Office and Pulaski Police Department.

Authorities said 10 individuals were arrested across Tennessee and Alabama on federal felony drug charges as a result of the original investigation.

As part of Monday's operation, Stacy Taylor, also known as Stacy Ramsey, was arrested on federal charges of distribution and possession of methamphetamine and conspiracy to violate federal drug trafficking laws.

Tiffany Byrd was arrested on a federal charge of conspiracy to violate federal drug trafficking laws.

Chelsie Dickson was taken into custody in Dickson, Tennessee, on a federal charge of conspiracy to violate federal drug trafficking laws.

Following the original investigation, Lawrence County Sheriff John Myers described the organization as a crime syndicate operating from Memphis to Nashville and into Lawrence County, saying dismantling the organization significantly reduced the local methamphetamine supply.
