Emergency crews on scene after person falls over 30ft at TN state park

The victim reportedly fell from the bluff near the main entrance of David Crockett State Park.

LAWRENCEBURG, Tenn. (WSMV) - Crews are currently at a state park in Lawrenceburg after a person reportedly fell from a bluff, according to Lawrence County emergency personnel.

The victim reportedly fell from the bluff near the main entrance of David Crockett State Park. The victim’s fall is estimated to be around 30 to 40 feet, Lawrence County emergency personnel said.

At this time, the Lawrenceburg Fire Department and Lawrence County EMS are on scene.

Lawrence County emergency personnel are asking that people avoid the area as they continue to work.
