The Loretto Civic Center hosted the National Civics Bee® Local Competition, presented by Citizens Bank of Lawrence County.

It was inspiring to see students from across our region step forward, share their ideas, and demonstrate a true passion for civic engagement.

Shyla Jayashankar, Memphis, TN – 1st Place

Each participant brought something meaningful to the table, and we are so thankful for every student who took part in today’s competition.
