Maury County Fire Department responded ya two vehicle wreck where life flight was called in

On Tuesday, 2/17, at 11:52am MCFD responded to a two vehicle MVA with entrapment on Southpoint Ridge Rd in the Hampshire Community. Responding units: Rescue 21, Brush 22 & 32, and Deputy 20.

Units arrived to find two occupants trapped in a side resting vehicle. The two occupants were extricated within 7 minutes of arrival. Units assisted Maury EMS with an LZ for VUMC LifeFlight and Air Evac. Both occupants of the car were transported by air medical helicopters.
