Police Arrest Suspect at Ichiban in Sexual Abuse Investigation

Law enforcement officers raided a Florence restaurant Tuesday as part of an ongoing sexual assault investigation involving a young female.
Florence Police Department confirmed the arrest of Eleazar Hernandez Trujeilo, 27, also known as “Bruno," at Ichiban. Trujeilo is charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
During the arrest, sources say investigators discovered multiple undocumented individuals working at the restaurant. No additional charges related to those findings have been officially announced at this time.
Ichiban is located on Cox Creek Parkway in Florence, in the same strip mall as Academy Sports + Outdoors.
The restaurant also operates a second location in Sheffield.
Trujeilo is currently being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center on a $30,000 bond.
