Lawrenceburg Fire Department

1/9/26 Residential Structure Fire

Just before midnight the Lawrenceburg Fire Department was dispatched to a reported residential structure fire on Poplar Drive.

Engine 2 arrived on scene quickly to confirm heavy fire conditions in an attached garage and attached shed.

Crews quickly began an aggressive interior attack and verified that the occupants were not home.

The fire was quickly knocked down preventing fire spread into the living portion of the residence.

LFD was assisted by ETHRIDGE FIRE DEPARTMENT and stand by coverage was provided by New Prospect Fire Department. No injuries occurred. The fire investigation is being handled by members of the Lawrenceburg Fire Marshal's Office.
