Alabama/Tennessee authorities were involved in a motorcycle chase on Friday night where the suspect fled through Lawrence County.

 

According to reports Alabama authorities were involved in a motorcycle chase traveling at a high rate of speed along Highway 43 where at approximately 7:40 p.m. on Friday night the pursuit had crossed the state line into Saint Joseph.

Around 7:48 p.m. the pursuit had exceeded 100 mph as the suspect entered into Leoma, and a short time later reaching Lawrenceburg City Limits near Story & Lee.

Once the suspect was in Lawrenceburg the individual turned onto Highway 64 West, but unfortunately around 8:03 p.m. authorities did not have a visual on the motorcycle driver.

The last update regarding the chase was that authorities were continuing to search the area.
