Lawrenceburg Police Department responded to an unwanted subject at a local business that resulted in an arrest.

Lawrenceburg Police Officers were dispatched to Speedway on N Locust Avenue in reference to an unwanted subject.

Upon arrival officers spoke with the offender and the store clerk who wanted the male subject trespassed from the business.

Officers began explaining to the male subject the trespassing process while asking him to calm down because the man was yelling and refusing to provide identification.

The male subject became more irate, disorderly, and yelling inside the business while officers repeatedly requested him to calm down.

After the male subject refused to calm down and provide identification in order to trespass him from Speedway he was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.

The male subject was transported to the Lawrence County jail on charges of disorderly conduct and issued a criminal trespass warning for speedway.
