Vandalism incidents under investigation

Law enforcement officers have been called upon to investigate several vandalism incidents recently. In one incident, the victim reported that her 2010 Ford Fusion had been parked at her Tree Top Trail home when it was damaged.

She said she found that someone had used a sharp object to make deep scratches in the paint, resulting in damages of more than $1,000.In a separate incident, police officers answered a call to Oak Street where a resident had found that his 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche had sustained damage.

Reports show that someone had shot eight rounds from a pellet or BB gun into the windshield. Damages were estimated at around $250.

The incidents remain under investigation through the Lawrenceburg Police Department. Anyone with information about either of the crimes should contact the department at 931-762-2276.
