Fair visitor reports damage to vehicle
A visitor to the Middle Tennessee District Fair filed a complaint with Lawrenceburg Police officers late Tuesday, saying that someone had cause damage to his 2006 Chevrolet Envoy. The victim, age 47, of Florence, AL told officers that he had been inside his car when the incident occurred.
He said that someone in a 2009 Toyota opened the passenger door and hit his vehicle with enough force to shake his car. The impact left a mark on the victim’s driver-side door, with damages estimated to be $50.
The victim was able to get the tag number off of the other vehicle. The matter remains under investigation at the present time.
