What I Remember

I remember the third grade of school the most. I really liked the third grade.

After three or four years you will begin to like most anything.

I had a hard time graduating from the third grade because I was called out for jury duty three times in one year.

Finally, before I graduated, I got my draft notice and decided I would join the Navy. I served five years in the Navy.

The normal tour of duty is 4 years, but I was a little slow. The Navy lied to me right from the start.

They said they would send me abroad, but as I can remember, I had to find my own every time if I had one.
