Truck stolen from Donna Circle residence

A Donna Circle resident reported to authorities recently that someone had stolen his truck out of his yard. Lawrenceburg Police officers were asked to investigate the matter when the victim discovered that his 2006 GMC Sierra was missing.

He told officers that he had left the truck in his yard the previous night. It was unlocked and the keys had been left in a cup holder.

Officers issued a “be on the lookout” alert to adjacent counties, then entered the truck into the National Crime Information Center. The truck is described as being white with a Boston Red Sox sticker on the back driver’s side window.

There was also a sixteen inch Stihl brand chainsaw in the bed of the truck at the time it was stolen. Total loss in the case is estimated to be $10,250. Anyone who has information about the crime should contact the police department at 931-762-2276.
