Director Of Schools Interview Results

From the Lawrence County Board of Education

The Lawrence County Board of Education recently interviewed candidates for the position of Director of Schools.  Every applicant who resides in Lawrence County was interviewed.  

The top four candidates as presented by the consultant were also interviewed.  In the name of transparency I will present to you all the scoring of the candidates by members of the Board.

Every candidate was scored on 20 questions by each member of the Lawrence County School Board.  The top two scoring candidates are invited back for a final interview, to be conducted Thursday evening, December 10.  Below you will find the data from the initial interviews that resulted in the final two candidates being chosen:
