Items stolen off residents’ front porches

Lawrenceburg residents filed complaints with law enforcement officers last week, indicating that itemshad been stolen off of their porches

.A resident of West Scott Street reported that a brand new Poulan Pro lawnmower, valued at $650, had been stolen off of his front porch between the hours and 12:00 and 7:00 p.m. Saturday. Officers were called to a Third Street home last Friday

where the resident reported that, between noon and 5:00 p.m. someone had stolen a thirty foot metal dog cable from her front porch.

It had a value of around $20.In another incident officers spoke with a resident of First Street Friday who reported that someone had stolen his blue jeans, with his wallet in the pocket, off of a picnic table.

He said he had left the items there after playing beer pong the previous night. Loss was around $70
