LCHS Virtual Enterprise Job Interview Day
The Virtual Enterprise International program of Lawrence County High School recently held its formal job interview day.
Business representatives that interviewed students included Kenny Beavers and Rhonda Brown from Green Bank and Christa Jones of Jones Apparel Group.
Job interviews are the beginning project for the Virtual Enterprise students and are used to determine what position he or she will hold for the year.
This year will be the seventh year of business for the virtual firm, Alpha & Omega and will be the fourth year for the virtual firm Stubway. Both firms will be competing at the Tennessee Trade Fair in November and also at the International Virtual Enterprise Trade Fair in New York City in March.
Alpha & Omega consists of the following students: Bethany Norwood, Faith Foster, Meleah Long, Kala Staggs, Jason Modisett, Blade Lang, Cassie Gobble, Maci Glass, Daryan Killen, Tory Nadeau, Emilly Brewster, Karley Steelman, Dylan Smith.
Stubway employees include: Caitlyn Shelton, Kassie Andrews, Kristen Ratliff, Courtney Watson, Danielle Shelton, Annie Shackelford, Brady Allred, Hunter Cayll, Heath Mansfield, Jason Story, Daniel Patterson, Mandy Hazelwood, Matney Clifft, Sarah Chaffin, Alex Hodge, Bailey Joiner, Brittany Osborn, and Samantha Voss. Shannon Watson is the instructor of the Virtual Enterprise International program.
