Tuesday Crime Report
    
    Theft
    
Deputies responded to a home on Waterloo Road Monday where the resident  reported several items had been stolen from his yard. Hand tools, an air tank,  fifty-foot air hose, two phone chargers, and several items of children’s  clothing were reported missing. Loss was estimated at around $600.
Theft
A resident of South    Old Military Road in Saint Joseph filed a report with deputies on  Monday, stating that someone had cut the fence at the rear of his property. It  appeared that the only item missing was a sickle bar mower that fits a Super C  Farmall tractor. It had an estimated value of $300. Damages totaled another  $100.
Vehicle burglary
Deputies spoke with a man at the sheriff’s department  Monday, who informed them that items had been stolen from inside his truck  during the weekend. He said that he had been riding in West   Point, just off Wisdom    Road, and had left his truck in a parking area. He  returned to find that his wallet and the contents were missing. He told  deputies that he reported that his debit card had been stolen and only moments  later someone had attempted to use it to make a purchase at Walmart in  Lawrenceburg. Another purchase attempt had been made that day in Muscle Shoals,  Alabama. The  victim said that the culprit had likely entered his truck through a rear  sliding window.
Burglary/theft
Deputies were called to a Barnsville Road property in Summertown on  Saturday where the victim reported several items had been stolen. She said that  the property had belonged to her deceased father. Since the previous Saturday  she said someone had taken several tools, a Snapper push mower, ringer washing  machine, and two plows. She reported that a window on the house had been broken  and a gate near the barn had been bent. She said that she had noticed a red  Chevrolet S-10 truck in the driveway a few days prior, but was unable to  provide a license plate number. Loss is estimated to total $1,150.
